The City grooms a one-mile,  lighted multi-use recreational trail that meanders through the golf course. The corduroy-style compacted trails are 6 to 8 feet wide and rely upon natural snow. Trail maintenance begins when snow conditions are appropriate and continue through late February (contingent upon weather and snow conditions).

 

In 2021 Brookview extended the trail across Bassett Creek  to the northwest section of the golf course.

 

Trails are available for cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, skijouring, and winter walking.
